Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

1. Dispatch

All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly by Beansip.

2. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch (Voluntary Policy)

You may request cancellation of your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

If a valid cancellation request is received within this period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This voluntary cancellation policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, order cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, your rights are governed by the statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

(Distance selling — where applicable under EU law)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a legal exception applies.

4.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

4.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

4.3 Return of Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until:

we have received the goods back, or

you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first, as permitted by EU law.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

4.5 Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise required by EU law or expressly agreed by us.

4.6 Diminished Value

We may make a lawful deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be permitted in a physical retail environment.

5. Coffee Beans (Consumable Goods)
5.1 Withdrawal Exclusion

In accordance with EU consumer law, sealed consumable goods, including coffee beans, are not eligible for withdrawal once unsealed, unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

5.2 Taste Replacement Policy (Goodwill Gesture)

As a one-time courtesy, if you are dissatisfied with the taste of your coffee, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

your order number, and

brief taste feedback.

We will offer a one-time replacement coffee of equivalent size or value, subject to availability.
Return of the original product is not required.

This policy is offered in addition to and does not limit your statutory rights.

5.3 Incorrect, Missing, or Transit-Damaged Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence where applicable.
This reporting timeframe does not affect your statutory rights, including in relation to hidden defects.

6. Coffee Machines & Equipment
6.1 Returns

No additional voluntary return policy applies beyond your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

6.2 Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

6.3 Faulty, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us with:

your order number, and supporting photos or videos.

We will provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
