SCA - Sensory skills

For courses delivered over one or more days, each training day shall operate on the following schedule, unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of booking:

• Daily Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  
• Breaks: One scheduled rest period of approximately one (1) hour per day
  

The above schedule forms part of the essential characteristics of the service and will not be materially altered without prior notice. Any changes required for operational reasons will be communicated to participants in advance.

Once your booking and payment are confirmed, we begin preparing your class. This involves time, effort, and coffee materials to ensure everything is ready for your course.

Our courses have limited seats and may sell out or require a minimum number of participants to proceed. Late cancellations may prevent other students from attending.

You may reschedule your course 5 or more days before the start date.

Refund requests made 5 or more days before the start date are eligible for a refund minus a 20% administrative fee.

Within 5 days of the course start date, rescheduling or cancellations are no longer possible.
